I have to create a presentation for a non design crowd and I need to share it with colleagues so it needs to be in powerpoint unfortunately. And I am struggling without my usual tools/templates.
The biggest thing I miss is a grid system, I am creating most of the design assets in photoshop or illustrator but my placements on the slide do not look consistent.
So I was wondering if any of you have used a grid system (not the default) in powerpoint. If so could you share or if you could point me in the direction of a tutorial that would guide me in creating something like a 12 column layout with margins.
Or am I missing something obvious and is there a better way of getting a consistent visual hierarchy in powerpoint?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
