"I don't do Windows..." What kind of projects do you stay away from?

I was having a discussion with another designer about the types of projects we won't touch.

For instance...I don't do MS Word.

You need your annual report you need to look amazing? I'm your man...oh, but you need it to be editable in Word so your receptionist can edit it? Yeah, gotta pass.

Edit: The title isn't directed at Microsoft...it's more inline with housekeepers that don't wash windows.
