I have two images. They are identical, except that in one, a pink semi-transparent layer is applied over the original content. I don't know the shade of pink, or the percent opacity used on the semi-transparent layer.
I'm very rusty on my color theory, but is there a way mathematically, that I could take several before-and-after points on the image, and calculate the shade of pink and opacity used to create the semi transparent layer? If so, where would I find such an equation?
