I'd like to ask for some advice. I'm a senior at an Austrian design/art high school (die Graphische). that means that by June I will have a regular high school diploma (Matura/Abitur/Reifeprüfung) and a degree in Graphic and Communication Design. if I added another extra year at the same school my degree could be updated to a BA degree. my native language is Hungarian, my German is c2 level, my English around b2. the first question I usually get is, if my parents have connections or the money, but sadly none of them. studying would be nice, but most design unis that I checked out are private schools with tuitions, and state ones usually require good grades in "normal" subjects, which is where I messed up during my high school years. (my average is around a 3, the required Matura-average is above 2...) I've been working on smaller projects as a freelancer for a few years now, corporate design and packaging design are my definite strengths. I would need to take a course in HTML/CSS though. I'm already an immigrant in the country where I am at the moment so moving to a different one wouldn't make that big of a difference. returning to Hungary with the current political climate is no option. thank you for every answer!
Great design resource
