Retail box design example

Hey all, I am looking for an example of a retail box that I feel I have seen before on places like The Dieline Blog or Lovely Package.com .

The best way for me to describe it would be a retail box that tears open, and once upon it unfolds into almost a place-mat that has instructions or imagery on the inside for the consumer to read. Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated!
