How do i politely ask someone if they want a website redesign?

Met a photographer on a flight the other day, had a pretty decent conversation, and exchanged cards. I will be reaching out to her anyways, as she said I could have a free copy of her book for my coffee table. But after checking out her website, its pretty easy to tell its very dated and in need of a redesign. I could use the job anyways, so I figure this could be a good opportunity if I can phrase it right.

Basically what I'm asking is how do you tell someone their website could use some work and you could help out, without it coming off the wrong way?
