Prototype Design, Should i Scrap it or keep it? ||[Image in Link w/ context]

Context: This is a prototype background design for a game im working on. I always loved Cold mornings, And that was what i was going for.

When i look at this image I can just Feel the early morning cold winds Brushing against my skin, and Hear the calm quiet before the rush of the day. Maybe its just me tired and Imagining things.

So Should i Scrap this? Or can i make this better? Or is this good Enough? Image Link
