What do you think of my UX and software engineering portfolio?

I'm looking at Palantir and IBM specifically right now for product design internships because I have referrals, but I'm not quite sure what they'll think of the content I have right now. I also don't have any previous work experience besides a small editorial internship and working in a lab, so I'm really hinging on my projects.
