Hello All.
I have a pretty important meeting today, and I would love to hear any advice some of you might have for me. I am up for an ACD role with an agency in town, and this would be a step up in my career. I have been a professional designer for almost 10 years, progressing to senior designer and senior art director. I have lead project development and managed junior designers, though less in an official "direct report" way. I have a personal connection to the CD, and after seeing my work, he's asked me to come in and meet some of the team without having any preliminary phone interview. That helps.
I know I am ready to make the move to this kind of role, but I am only nervous about trying to convey that sentiment without sounding naive or inexperienced.
Anything helps. Thanks!
Great design resource
