I'm using Illustrator CS6 and I need help with a website.

I'm working on a website, I'm using WordPress for as my CMS and I'm using one of their themes.

I created a theme for my site using Illustrator CS6 and I want to know how to upload it and use it as my theme for my WordPress site (if it's possible)

How can I do it? Or where can I find information on how to do it?
