I have received the 12.9 inch iPad Pro as a gift for my birthday and the group of people who bought it for me said they were not one hundred percent sure whether a laptop or iPad would be better. I am in still in high school (one and a half years to go) and am looking at getting into a design or architecture course at university. I have a Mid 2012 MacBook Air which I use to use with four year old Wacom intuos for sketching but has started to slow down and loses battery quite quickly. I miss full software on the iPad such as Photoshop and 3D Cad programs that I would need for my course in the future. I have done about 5 or 6 hours research but I can not get a definite choice for me. So my conundrum is, Do I turn in the iPad Pro and get a new laptop or use my current laptop for programs such as photoshop and keep the iPad Pro?
