I have a question that probably won’t be able to be answered

After spending my late teens and early twenties working jobs that went nowhere and left me with many skills but being a master of known i suddenly had a pre-midlife crisis!

At the age of 30 I finally got myself on to an undergraduate course in Illustration, it was an industry led 2 year project and I my skill level increased 500%!

At the end I just wanted to get out there and start working, but was offered a chance to do an MA (so another two years!) and I went for it. It was hard and sometimes I wanted to pack it all in, money was a problem and I could feel there was missed opportunities around every corner..... but I stayed and at the end it was worth it.

Now at 34 I’m again trying to figure out what it is I’m meant to do. I now have a lot of creative skills and ambition (adobe suite, sketching, print media). I know I probably won’t stand much of a chance applying for Graphic Design jobs, I’m not a designer. And sometimes I just feel I’m too old for what employers are looking for.

Has anyone else been through this and what should I do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
