Where to have this project done?

Hello!

My buddy recently had a boy and named him with the initials KBB... as such, I was hoping to get them a photo album that has the Kelley Blue Book cover but instead has his boy's name there instead. Does anyone know of a place or site that does this kind of stuff? I'm having trouble finding one.
