For my designs I am looking for images that have a texture to them, but little or no significant patterns, because the images will be used for background of text, and lines will interfere with the readability of the text.
What I mean by 'patterns' are any sort of significant lines. For example, this https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgPkKFs-cbB7wLyOA2I1bht1yfJ62ppxzn76-6FHpQHvm1f2ZUZCU6Si0s6cQbvC6Y0B9o4IWC7m9OtksLPagsrAsGSKi2lyr3n2gK6dZG4RR7N_lfExVmgmMY_KyWPbvGnvwbGtTgB53M/s1600/fabbric4jeans1.png
that has diagonal lines.
I'm looking for images more like this
https://i.imgur.com/RetjIki.jpg https://i.imgur.com/ipC0of4.jpg https://i.imgur.com/AzvUppF.jpg https://i.imgur.com/U7ArTgY.jpg
Even though there's noticeable lines/patterns, there's whole sections without them that I can use.
I found these using keywords related to paper. I've tried a lot of other keywords (wood, stone, cloth, leaf, glass, water) but none of the images that came up were usable. It's tricky because most textures are displayed using lines/patterns. So, so far paper is the only keyword that resulted in images that fit my criteria.
Anyone have suggestions for other keywords that might fit my criteria?
Sorry if this isn't the best subreddit for this, it's the only one that I could thing of that had people who might be able to help me out.
Great design resource
