Former coworker is posting my work in her portfolio...how would you handle this?

Hi folks!

I recently left my corporate production job to start my own design agency. One of my former coworkers (let's call her Gina) informed me that my other former coworker (let's call her Jane) is posting my work and Gina's work on her personal portfolio and trying to pass it off as her own. A lot of the work we did was somewhat collaborative, so the lines are a bit blurred between who did what. For example, I designed a brand-new catalog last quarter from scratch, and Gina took that project over when I left. Jane made one small change to a page in the catalog and then posted the whole catalog as if it were her own work. Some of it is straight up not her work though, like full projects that she never even touched

The work I did at that corporate job was mostly production, nothing too glam or portfolio worthy, but she's done this with other projects too. We all did freelance work outside of our corporate jobs, and Jane has also admitted to sending one of Gina's freelance projects to a prospective client and passing it off as her own work. I suspect she's been doing the same with my work. We also know that she image traces clip art whenever she has to design a logo or illustrate anything (which has almost gotten the company in trouble with copyright issues in the past.)

I know there isn't much I can (or should) do about her copycat ways in the office since I don't work there anymore, but how should I address her adding my work to her portfolio? Is it super aggressive and petty for me to send her an email and tell her to take it down? Do I post those projects in my own portfolio and hope she gets the hint?

(edit -- I'm also wondering if there's anything I can do legally, or at least threaten legally...since I believe the work technically belongs to the company, not to me. Thoughts?)
