Do You Charge for Site Backups?

Hi everyone,

I'm getting into reselling with the handful of clients that I have and I'm wondering about backups. I'm looking into the developers license with UpdraftPlus (WP Plugin) and am wondering if I should charge a monthly fee for Website BDR. Do you guys do that? Is that shady?
