In other words, do you have a system in place for receiving requests for design work? I’d love to hear how other design teams handle this, as I’m looking to establish and implement something at my current company. How is the system set up (ex. did you purchase some sort of software, did you have software developed in-house, do people just send emails, etc.)? How do you determine which designer does what? How do you determine the priority levels of each projects?
It would be nice to know the general size of your company, and the size of your design team, as well!
