this survey is about your experience within different design-agencies.

I encountered some design-agencies with organisational cultures that did not value their workforce at all. Designers had to defend their rights to work at such companies all the time. They did not get any praise or feedback for their work and they were more or less exploited. It seems to me that cultures like this are common.
