What app UI would be most interesting to deconstruct from a learn-to-code/how-it-works perspective?

For my WIP book (at CodingForDesignersBook.com) I am looking for feedback on which app UIs would be most interesting to deconstruct. Adobe Illustrator, Facebook Messenger, and GMail are the current targets. What app UI would you like to see deconstructed?
