How to apply large stickers to tricky exhibition frame system

We decided not to get this fabricated from plywood due to cost, also we have these alu profiles left over from previous exhibitions. But we still want a seamless display, the alu profiles were designed to display panels which insert between the frames only.

We are planning something like this, it will be the modular alu frame with standard plywood panel inserts then we will glue on some foam boards to make the plywood surface flush with the alu frame. Then finally we will stick the large format sticker over, probably split into Left/Right/Middle.

Left and right stickers are about 6m by 4m. Whole backdrop is 15m long.

My question is do we attempt to stick the stickers after erecting the backdrop.

Or build the backdrop flat on the ground, apply the sticker then erect it and add the support structure behind?
