I’m the manager of a busy studio and over the years have seen a large number of designers & contractors coming and going. Many of the more junior designers have been surprised by the requirements of studio life. I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in a 'day in the life' primer.
My plan would be to document the entire process of working in my studio, starting with applying for the initial role. Describing the requirements from day one, workload expectations, necessary skills and tips for getting ahead.
Is this something people would be interested in?
Great design resource
