Ive been using Adobe products for the past 15 years and ever since they moved to CC its just been a complete shit show when it comes to account management. I have a personal license for the photography suite that I pay for monthly and I want to cancel it, I go into the account management and theres nowhere I can cancel or stop the auto-renewal. So it seems I have to contact their customer support and waste my time just because they are arse holes and have made it as hard as possible for you to cancel.
I wouldnt be so annoyed if I hadnt realised there was no option to stop the auto renewal either, despite getting a notice that my plan was going to be rolling over into a new annual billing cycle. Also I'd like to mention this is the second time I've had to contact their customer service just to stop an auto renewal.
I know I'm probably not alone here, but I feel that this needs more attention. They have a complete monopoly on the design industry and their business practises are almost predatory. If there was a serious competitor there is no way their shit would be tolerated.
