Digging around on Fiverr, one artist is highly rated but also says they take their sweet time and despite many excellent reviews, there are some 1 star reviews about cancelling orders due to timeliness. What's a reasonable turn-around time for a $200-$400 business logo (including the vector file and social media kit, stationary, option for a few revisions)?
