What's your go-to responsive design desktop "above the fold" dimensions?

I do most of my web design and web browsing on a 27" iMac. I don't even have a steady width that I use, but I definitely don't have a steady "above the fold" height. I make sites responsive and I guesstimate vertical cutoff based on what the design is looking like, but it's not the best way to do it. When I check it out on a laptop, it's always pretty good but somewhat of a surprise.

Starting off with knowledge of some standard dimension makes more sense; then, I can ignore it as I see fit.

Epic visual tool
