The original boxes have been styled to fit with the overall design of the rest of the work. Now he doesn't want boxes. There's something about a "Fluffy cloud" as well. That I can BEGRUDGINGLY do, but what the hell do you use in a flow chart other than boxes? Circles? Stars? CATS? Realistically though, maybe a gradient, theme color to transparent, without a stroke?
