Creating a 360 ad

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out how to design a 360 ad (like a box a user can drag around to "look up" or "look down", etc.). I don't have so much 3D experience and I really don't know where to start. The images we plan to use are not photographic (they're 2d illustrations, so I am guessing we will have to draw them/adjust them according to the correct perspective). Can anyone please recommend any starting points/programs/tutorials that will lead me in the right direction?
