I have a small digital agency with a couple of designers and design interns. I'm currently in charge of assigning design tasks but frequently find myself over explaining, wasting a lot of time looking for visual examples and references for each tasks. I am guessing I'm filling a role as an art direction figure within the agency.
I am not a designer myself but am very competent and self-learned Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom. But I lack the technical knowledge of what makes a good design process.
I'd appreciate your thoughts on what's a good way to lead a small design team based on your experiences. Thank you!
Great design resource
