Martin Sorrell has bought Media Monks

I wonder how this will culturally affect this great creative business? After witnessing the mass exodus of senior creatives from AKQA after the WPP purchase I wonder if the same will happen here? There's the further issue of the alleged conduct issues surround SMS that led to his departure from WPP earlier this year.
