Currently setting up a website for a nonprofit club. They're not the most tech literate, and I don't think they'll be able to use the webmail service provided by our hosts. I'd like to use Google Apps or Office365, but my understanding is that both of these services are now paid, and charge per user (they're fairly broke, and can't afford the 40 euros a month per user).
Are there any cheap alternatives, which work just as well as the two above? Ideally I'd like something intuitive that works via web and mobile.
