I'm building my site using WordPress and really want to format one of my navigational menus like the one shown here under the big image: http://ift.tt/1iFa7I3
I'm very new to this and don't really know how to format it properly. I know how to build the list and perform the transitions, but I don't really know how to lay it out in terms of the image/text positioning, linking the image and text so the transitions occur simultaneously, list background color, accented bullets, etc.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
