One of my clients are a company who visit work sites and check machinery, sort of like an MOT for filters/fans/general machinery.
They want me to build them something to help in collecting the data from the site visits. Basically they need a way to fill out a huge form on-site (for multiple machines, plus image uploads), and submit it to the main office, so that the staff there can see all the submitted forms, and sort them by importance set by whomever filled out the form (ie, Satisfactory, Caution, Dangerous).
All Staff will be issued Ipads to do this while they are on site, saving tonnes of paperwork to be sorted and filed by the office.
While I could possibly build this for them from scratch, it'll take me forever alone, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any Apps or plugins /whatever that would allow me to set up at least the foundations to create something like this.
