I'm looking for an inspiration video, don't upvote

There was a video linked here a while back that I cannot seem to find anywhere. It's a man discussing design work and the barrier that a lot of people hit when they think their work sucks. He says that you know it sucks because you have good taste and that you have to keep going.

Could someone please link this? I feel like it's staring me in the face.
