Hi Reddit!
I'm not too sure which of the millions of subreddits this should be posted to, so apologies if this is not the correct one to post to.
My shortcuts.xml is not being updated when I try to save any of my macros. I can't figure out how to allow it to save.
The %appdata% has full read/write permissions, but I thought to un-install Notepad++ and then re-install it using the "Don't save any data to the %appdata% folder. This also didn't work.
I tried to use the portable version of Notepad++ but that doesn't save macros either. I've monitored the shortcuts.xml whilst Notepad++ is running but it does not seem to write to it, and when I close/re-open Notepad++ my macros have gone :(
Please can anyone suggest what I could try? My head hurts.
