Want to create a website that links to a iphone app.

I want to create a secure website for industry only information, it's valuable and users tend to share information in the industry to cut costs.

To prevent people from sharing, I want an iphone app that generates a password each time someone wants to log in. So basically the app creates the password and then the person uses it to log into the website on their PC.

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so... is there anything off the shelf to do so?
