Where's the best place to buy pre-made assets?

The ones I know of are Shutterstock>vectors and Graphic River.

For example I'm looking to find a simple border/box to create a 'featured product box' in one of the inserts we include in our shipment.

I find shutterstock to be lacking. Graphic River has a bit better selection but not much plus it's hard to navigate.

Anything better out there?
