Basically, what I want is to have a map of the Netherlands with markers of certain schools and the projects of said schools. For example, a school in Groningen has built a prototype of a sustainable house. I'd like the map to have a marker of the school in Groningen. When you click on the school you get see a photo of their research center, and a description and link to their webpage. The marker of the sustainable house might have a video showcasing it. In the future it'd like to publish this map inside a webpage. There's quite a lot of tools. Mapbox might fulfill all of my needs, but the learning curve is quite steep for me, as someone who's not a coder at heart. Maptive however is a lot easier but it has less functionality.
