Hello, I've had a crash course for webdesign about a year ago where I learned the basics of HTML, CSS and Javascript.
A couple of weeks after that I've made 2 websites using templates with the knowledge I had.
Recently I've been able to get myself some spare time and I've decided to learn how to make a complete website from scratch.
Now I've been through the faq and I've started following this post: Two hours to design a basic website.
Currently I'm in the process of reading the PDF he linked, but I've checked out the rest of his links and noticed all of the stuff he linked is 5+ years old.
Now seeing how fast things change I'm wondering if those stuff are still up to date and/or applicable to modern websites/web design?
