New to web business, need advise!

Hello everyone, a bit of overview... I'm one of those guys who has always loved computers, I started studying "Computer Civil Engineering" (Translated from spanish, it might be the same as Computer Science in english maybe?) but dropped the uni because here in Chile we have some problems with education and students in my university didn't have classes for 3 months, it was my first year so I decided I would freeze the uni and start again next year in another one. I always have tried to learn by myself, I have made some websites using bought templates before, with my own hosting and stuff...

I made my dad's business website like 2 months ago with e-commerce using OpenCart and a template bought from TemplateMonster... Last week one of my dad's friends told him he needed a website and if he could recommend anyone, and he recommended me...

I told him I would do it, although I'm not really experienced but he insisted I could try... I gave him the price of around 340 dollars, which consisted of 50 for hosting, 70 for the template and 220 for putting everything in order... (From CLP to dollars)

So since this monday I started making the website, it is almost done and in fact since that day I have received tons of clients who would like a website... I'm really motivated as I haven't been doing anything since Uni stopped on July...

Today I started more research and found out I could buy a theme from wordpress "Avada" and design websites from there instead of looking for one for each client in template monster... So I'm considering investing in Avada or some template like that.

I also would love to hear any advise, a way to present the offer and price, how much I should charge, and everything you can help me with...

Sorry for the long post and not perfect english. Please be nice, I'm just trying to learn :)

Edit: I would like to know if I can buy Avada and use it for several websites or if I have to buy the theme each time for each website I make
