How do you organize your files?

Hi

I'm a big data nerd, and curious how those on here are structuring their folders for their projects and/or resources. Such as maybe for Resources include; templates, icons, fonts, etc. If you have a method that would suit my craziness of OCD and not being able to settle on a good way to organize my projects/resources--I would love to see it, hopefully in the form of a screenshot if you don't mind!
