Submitting my Tshirt design to TeeSpring and don't know how transparencies work. Can I print something at 50% transparency?

Hey there.

I'm trying to figure out if I can create an image with a transparency so it blends into the shirt color.

Test image: https://i.imgur.com/GMvQDSM.png (top half is 50% transparent)

Result: https://i.imgur.com/9TcIJvq.jpg

It appears to be working. The top of the sphere blends into the color of the shirt. But is this how it's going to look when printed? I want to use this technique to blend a shadow color into the shirt.

If any of you know how tshirt companies print transparencies I would very much appreciate your expertise on the matter because I have no idea.

Thanks
