Need A Designer To Transfer An Image To Photoshop/Illustrator

Hi Designers!

I have a paper-cut logo that I'd like to transfer to a digital file, and clean up the curves, make the thickness of the outline of the island uniform. Don't need the font, just the island image so I can print it onto a t-shirt. Also please note, since it was a paper cut she couldn't complete the lines on the right side of the island so I'd need those to match up as well.
