Need recommendation on a drawing tablet stand for 15"

Hi everyone,

I use a Microsoft Surface Book 2 15" to draw on, but lately while using it in Studio Mode I have found that my back is aching a lot due to the low angle position, which is bad on my posture. I've been searching far and wide and found that the following three stands have really stood out from the rest, although I can't decide on which one to get...

The tilt angle can be adjusted from 15°to 90°. I like how the back looks well supported and it kind of reminds me of the stands attached to drawing monitors.

The base on this one looks really sturdy, I also like how it's made of metal and has rubber grips on the top too. Can be adjusted from a 10° to 65° viewing angle in 1° increments. Looks very slim and portable.

Adjustable Angle: 46° 48° 50°& 20° 24° 26° . It has fixed angles but the design looks really sleek and like the one above looks very slim and light weight.

Would greatly appreciate it if everyone could tell me your opinions on which stand you would prefer or if you have one of these what are your thoughts? Any recommendations on a better stand would also be good~

Thank you in advance :)
