Hey so I decided I'm going to learn both SASS and Bootstrap (frameworks?). Honestly, I'm not even sure what either one of these is. I have the generally idea that they take some of the time out of coding everything from scratch.
anyway, since I plan on learning both, what would you recommend that I learn first?
I'd appreciate your opinion if you have experience with either.
