Quick Question: What is the part of a website that breaks up sections called?

I'm thinking page transition but I'm not sure.

Just for some more clarification, I am talking about the part of websites that divides different sections using an image or css, not just a block. Something like on this website (notice the diagonal colours and how it divides the different sections).
