Trying to create this ordered list, I thought display:table was the best way to do it because of the need for horizontal centering but I'm struggling with the last part, aligning a download link/button on the right.

Obviously it's no good just using a ton of padding because it won't be responsive but I can't think of anything else. I tried text-align:right but no dice. I don't know if this could be done entirely without display: table, I had a try with floats but it wasn't going well.
