How can I drag and drop an image from my end and show it on a page live?

As above. Any platform is acceptable.

This is for a small website which sells clothing and my client wants to show products on a specific page where he can drag a file on an ftp folder or on a page to upload the file and show it to the customer.

Or a gallery controlled by him to show the customers the image. Like a presentation.
