I'm looking for someone to help (or to pay entirely) to construct the functionality for an art installation I'm working on.
The piece consists of a web page that prompts the user to enter a phone number. Once the user enters a phone number and presses submit, the number that was entered should receive a text message.
The text is randomly selected from a database of 10 pre-written paragraphs.
If anyone can help me with this or refer to someone who can I would be incredibly grateful.
