How to have a client edit part of the web page?

I know ideally you would use a CMS for this like wordpress, but is there a way to give the client a way to edit the text of a couple simple divs without ftp/code?

It is a mainly static page, but there are just one or two simple sections that they said they would prefer to be able to edit themselves, but I don't know how to give them an easy way to do that.

Any help would be appreciated thanks
