So I've been designing and building websites for about 6 years now. I'm on the hunt for a new job, and I see a LOT of UX/UI Designer job postings that require a lot of the skills that I do have. Some that I don't, though.
As a web designer - should I be applying to these anyway? Even though I don't have experience with programs like Balsamiq, etc.
