Portfolio question : If my coding skills are way weaker than my design skills, should I state it on my site?

I'm revamping my portfolio currently. In the About page, should I state that although I know basic web languages (HTML/CSS/JQuery), my main and core skill and interest is still in visual design? Will this look good in the eyes of potential employers? Tks!
